شكراً على دعمك سيدتي ❤???? .. قصة من أدب الروسي: ”في محطة الحافلة جلس رجل عجوز و إمرأة حامل ينتظران وصول الحافلة. كان الرجل العجوز يتطلع إلى بطن المرأة بنظرات فضول حتى سألها قائلاً: في أي شهر أنتِ؟ كانت المرأة شاردة التفكير كما أن القلق يتسرب من ملامح وجهها الحزين، في بداية الأمر لم تعر سؤال العجوز أي إهتما، لكن بعد مرور لحظات أجابت قائلة: “أنا في الاسبوع الثالث والعشرين“. – رد العجوز: أهي أول ولادة لكِ؟ أجابت المرأة: نعم! قال العجوز: لاداعي لكل هذا الخوف لاتقلقي سيكون كل شيئ على مايرام! وضعت المرأة يدها على بطنها ونظرت أمامه تكبح دموعها وقالت: آمل ذلك حقاً! قال العجوز: يحدث أن يتضخم شعور المرء بالقلق أحياناً على أشياء لا تستدعي منه كل هذا القدر من التفكير. – أجابت بنبرة حزينة: ربما! بدا العجوز أكثر فضولاً وقال: يبدو أنكِ تمرين بفترة عصيبة. لماذا زوجك ليس بجانبكِ؟ أجابت: لقد هجرني قبل أربعة أشهر! قال العجوز: وماذا عن عائلتكِ زأصدقائكِ، أليس لديكِ أحد؟ ????

أخذت اامرأة نفساً عميقاً وقالت: أعيش برفقة والدي المريض فقط! قال العجوز؛ أتجدينه سنداً قوياً، الآن كما كان في صغركِ؟ نزلت الدموع من عينيها وقالت: أجل حتى وهو في حالته تلك! سألها: من ماذا يشكو؟ أجابت؛ فقط هو لايتستطيع أن يتذكر من أكون! قالت جملتها الأخيرة بعد لحظات فقط من وصول الحافلة التي ستقلهما ..!????

We always want the best for them and the best means as free from negative feelings as they can get. We don’t want to see them worried, sad, nor triggered. So rather than telling them what’s bothering us, we choose to give them the space they deserve, let them have the best time, and just keep the chaos all for ourselves. We love them so much that we don’t want to drag them into our chaos. When in fact, the more we love someone, the more we need to share our burden with them.

The more we need to cry onto them, vent out, release. Because only when we truly love someone can we feel safe enough to share our worries and only when they truly love us can they hold our hand and accept us on our worst days.
