    The initial vision for the iPhone was that it would be so intuitive, even a 3-year-old could use it without instruction. However, after Steve Jobs’ passing, even savvy adults find themselves needing tutorials on how to use it. YouTube reviewers often seem to make excuses for Apple’s shortcomings.
