Humans worry too much! Let’s focus this energy on fighting poverty and hunger around the world! What’s with skin tone?!

the comments on this vid are so disappointing. its not about racism or focusing on race or skin tone or whatever. its literally just our tech being outdated. thats it.

Then why does it use the word inclusive, instead they could just say something like, updating outdated tech

Why am I not surprised that there are racists in the comments section , I mean like why are they bothered by people of colour so much ???? ????.

  14. flashjor98

    May 16, 2022 at 7:09 pm

Most people in this comment section has never shown up as a blotchy black figure with eyes in photos and it shows. Yes things like this are more important then you may think and I’m glad something about it is finally being done.

Dude stop it, that’s an issue concerning the quality of camera in relation to the software’s ability to process images. That all concerns saturation, depth, contrast, colour and all of this is influenced by the lighting conditions within the image, the colour and other environmental factors that influence the softwares ability to process. This idea on the other hand is going to worsen matters concerning racial diversification

    • flashjor98

      May 17, 2022 at 8:20 am

@Altus Talent nope it’s a real issue and its only going to be a problem because people want to make it a big fuss about resisting the change.

All AI both on hardwares & softwares were all made & trained by humans.. So if the AI were so silly stupid F! Most likely those silly stupid things were intentionally made up by darn racists IT person/people. All & any kind of tech could be made & perfected as positively, good/great, & useful as possible. The darn things depends on who’s the person/people/brands/companies behind it that made it bad, & whether they cares or not. Racism in the world were already so ironic, racism in tech, were pure nastiness made up by the most ironic tech dorks!

Tell me why I was looking at a photo of my family and me and my dad are basically shadows to my other siblings ???? and mom. I do wish the scale was a bit larger, kinda feels like, “well we don’t want to make them tech yt boys work to hard or they’ll cry” but that’s just me. It’s nice to have a better scale but again. Seems very after thought

This video was great in terms of the interview of the Monk Skin Tone creator Google is using it but confused why Stephen, a CNET writer, is commenting in the video and what Black Lives Matter movement has anything to do with the scale.

    • A Bachelor's Life

      May 17, 2022 at 3:23 am

I think Stephen was commenting because he knows about this topic and is trying to explain it to the viewers. I think it’s a simple as that

    • Imagine

      May 17, 2022 at 4:18 am

@A Bachelor’s Life I hear what you are saying, but there was zero info about his background about his expertise in this field. Also, he mainly just repeated what the Monk Skin Tone creator said in the interview.

    Equity kills equality

    • Altus Talent

      May 17, 2022 at 9:44 am

People confuse equity for equality. Not knowing that equality is logically impossible but equity (which is what they’re actually thinking of) involves judicious judgement. My question is, are you saying that this idea creates equity?

Great content and can’t wait for this change to happen ???????? What’s outrageous , are the comments here left by racist who dare to blame white people for their own failures and unwillingness to make a change. Instead of keep complaining about how unfair life is , educate yourself and be change you want to see. You are not any special , every other ethnic group, including white people, goes through life struggles.

Everyone just needs to submit their DNA to Google so that they can decide who is more equal than others.
