Really excited about these products, especially the watch and tablet!

Google is so disappointing on video games, glasses, phones, etc…

Why would a feature like fall detection come later next year instead of launch? I am a bit puzzled by it.

      Wasn’t ready in time

It feels like Pixel start to fall behind in design compared to iPhones. The only reason I would buy a Pixel in 2022 maybe their AI camera and exclusive features of Google Photos. The iPhone 14 pro series is crazy with their new back and front camera design which makes other phones’s designs look so outdated when it came out.

      October 6, 2022 at 10:50 pm

Wtf lmao they have barely changed the design in 4 generations

While Pixel 7 looks distinctly different from Pixel 6 (iPhone 11=iPhone 12=iPhone 13=iPhone14 (not pro) literally the same phone)

If you buy a phone so that someone, or in this case someTHING, answers you phone calls for you then why buy a phone. Isn’t that kind of counter intuitive, we go through all this trouble to put a phone in your pocket just so you don’t have to answer it anymore.

  6. my opinion

    October 6, 2022 at 10:45 pm

Another way to look at this: may be the prices over the phones will drop

Disappointed that the Google Pixel Watch processor is the old Samsung Exyos 9110 from Q3 2018 (used in Samsung Galaxy Watch 3) which contains 10 nm die size with BT 4.2 vs the Exynos W920 which the Galaxy Watch 4/5 are using which was released in Q3 2021 which contains the 5 nm die size with BT 5.0.

The Pixel Watch at $349 price tag is outrageous and should be lower especially with the older specs. I really hope the Pixel Watch 2 will have the newer Exynos W920 processor or if Samsung creates a newer Exynos wearable processor that incorporates Wifi 6 and BT 5.2.

Wow I can’t believe how little production value and professionalism has gone into this presentation. Google are so big, you would think they would at least give presenters guidance and practices in their presentations so they don’t sound like nervous high school kids.

Am I the only one who thinks the camera cutouts (loooking like the dynamic island) is Google low key trolling Apple.??

And when you call for customer support, you will speak to someone who has a hard to understand accent, just like the woman in this video.

Why is everything about cameras? Give me more tech and useful advances. Stop catering specifically to social media kids.

Hope this is available in the Philippines

Why does Google even bother with hardware anymore?

Okay I got to admit, the tablet is genius

Is there going to be a freaking processing delay after I take a picture?

I’m Apple user, but the Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel Tablet and Pixel Watch seems very good and interesting to me but the presentation is kinda boring there’s no even background music or what so ever compared to Apple Event. I’m sorry but it’s like you can feel the awkwardness of the ambiance inside the room ngl.

The sales people act like they hardly believe what they’re saying. The thing is basically the same crap they were selling years ago. Ever since Steve Jobs is gone there’s no innovation.

Stutter guy doing the presentation, very pc of them.

After seeing how uneven the top bezel corners are I can’t stop noticing it 0:37

I love the difference between Google and Apple presentations. Its clear that Apple presents and markets its products better, but Google creates very unique and advanced solutions that leverage AI. I like that we have these options in the market

  39. Gaming Zen

    October 7, 2022 at 12:43 pm

Not bad Google, not bad at all. Beautiful colors on the presentation slides. The watch looks gorgeous.

Can’t wait for the reviews of the pixel watch. I’m not necessarily into paying a subscription for fitbit subscription services though.

I was critical of the google pixel tablet due to the very first one, but the fact it’s also a smart home device?! BRILLIANT

I hope it will be accessible with TalkBack or ChromeVox.
    I want it now LOL

    Yawn. Adjectives: staid, boring.

The fashion, the design of the stage and the subdued retro lighting, the dampened speech and the very slightly blurry focus gives the video a very 70s feel. It’s like watching a late 70s TV show introducing futuristic technology with a very 70s fashion chic.
