I think Google panicked and removed the AI conversation demo from this presentation, as OpenAI’s was better, especially how it quickly pauses during convo

their target audience seems to be people who need someone to hold their hands to do things.
the guy asked how to improve work performance and the ai told him his job description. ????????

Too corporate, I’ll just ask “ai” to tell me everything

  9. @dinukajay

Google lies a lot. Hard to believe ANY of these until it lands in my hand. So many lies just to keep up with OpenAI

I feel sad for Google if we compare them to the new Chatgpt-4o. Google has so much money, yet they can’t deliver

Saya tau google ingin jadi terdepan di AI dengan integrasi nya yang banyak. Tapi cmon… Focus ke android 15 saja dengan feature yang lebih spesifik. Kamu tetep kalah dengan chat gpt 4o nya

Nothing about the Google feels exciting anymore. If you have used Gemini even once (even the paid version), you know it is an utter garbage.????

  18. @AlexanderMoen

    May 14, 2024 at 9:08 pm

not only did OpenAI steal the show yesterday, Google has kind of lost its trust with me when it comes to its new developments. It’s done too many fake demos or pre-recorded things, or not delivered on things it showed, that I just can’t take it seriously. The fact that what it demoed seemed to be nothing earth shattering and is set to come out at some point in the unknown future makes it even worse.

Until an AI can answer the questions “How can I within a few months turn the $43.56 on my account into a billion $s” and “Were can I find the girlfriend with [a zillion qualities, some the very opposite of others] who also finds me perfect” I have absolutely no use for it.
