A pretty accurate summation from Carolina as I see it. Google’s got momentum, a very clear marketing and brand strategy, and its hardware arm is starting to really bear fruit with flagship products. I don’t expect Apple customers to switch overnight but I can certainly see Google further chipping away at Apple’s market share with these announcements. You get the sense there’s still a lot more AI wow factor to come in the consumer space and Apple is not going to have an answer for this – potentially for years.
