I’m happy with my iPhone 12 pro, cause I stopped purchasing the iPhone at iPhone 6 only because I wanted back the box design, Apple did not disappoint, iPhone still has a better software, better security, and Samsung is still trying to Keep up with they are bionic 14

I doubt there are many people choosing between the iPhone and the S21. Apple people stick with Apple products and Android sticks with Android. switching to a completely foreign ecosystem is not something many people do.

Perhaps the speaker wanted to elaborate on the amount of usable storage which would be closer to 120 GB. It’s a weird thing for the speaker to do, but that’s the benefit of the doubt.

The base Galaxy S21 ultra is actually 256GB not 128GB. That’s too small of a storage if that’s what you’re saying.

I’ve got the S21 Ultra on pre-order and I’m coming from the S20 Ultra. I’ve never been fully convinced with the camera on the S20 Ultra due to focusing issues regardless of how many software updates there were to resolve so hopefully this one performs better. Now, I just about managed to live without the headphone jack on the S20 Ultra and have got used to this but I’m really struggling with the removal of expandable storage (SD Card) I’ve went for the 512 gb and shoot a lot of videos. Having an SD card that you can plug and play into your PC to transfers videos almost immediately was so useful other than having to transfer / upload them direct from phone to PC. I might be able to live with it, time will tell. I’m not concerned about losing the charger but no headphone jack and no expandable memory might be a deal breaker for some and just feels like a double whammy but I’ll give it a go! What do you guys think?

In Bangladesh There is no better facilities in iPhone. Apple store is smallest store ever i see. But Android is serving us better performance in game, app store, law badget better experience. In our country we can get a Android gaming phone under 20,000 taka(mostly 200$) , but if we want to buy a iphone 12 its cost like 1,10,000 taka mostly 1100$ that’s why i don’t like to buy a iphone like cracker phone. Irrelevant. Picture quality comes from the sensor and pixel size, not resolution. Not even RED cameras have as many pixels as the Samsung phone. A 4K video shot on iPhone or Xperia will always look better.

There’s always going to be the next better phone. Apple will bring out the iPhone 13 (or whatever they’re going to call it) in October, and then Samsung will come back in January, and on and on. Just remember, next product cycle, the shiny new phones won’t be new and shiny anymore, they’ll be last year’s model. Me? I’m going to keep my 12 Pro Max until it can’t get IOS updates anymore. I’m going to get my money’s worth out of it, one way or another.

Real difference is that Apple will continue to support the 12 well into 2030 where as Samsung will stop providing updates for the 21 after 2025..

I won’t lie, the S21 looks mean. However, the chip in my iPhone XS Max is nearly equal to the Snapdragon 888 based on Geekbench scores, and it has a superior water resistance vs the S21. Sure the S21 is superior in terms of display and camera but this iPhone is over 2 years old now! 😭
