Dude, your news are old, it has been confirmed, no S pen for the Fold 2 cause it did not pass the test of glass durability… check Ross young twitter page

I want a fold that has 2 hinges so it opens to a 16:9 ratio, perhaps an unfolded size of 10”

Yes, it would be chonky when closed, but it would make me ditch my tablet

    • Dominick West

      June 17, 2020 at 6:21 pm

But… how? In the center of the phone there would have to be a slit cutting it open almost

The flip has thin glass but remember that it’s behind a plastic layer so it will stillget scratches fairly easy.
The glass is not good enough yet to be used as the outer layer as we would like. But it’s getting there.

  22. John-Luke Pollock

The only thing it needs is a normal screen to body ratio on the front. It looks really stupid right now.

  23. Tristan Goddard

    June 17, 2020 at 7:31 pm

I’m not too worried about this “delicate screen” stuff, I’ve watched a number of “6 months with” and “1 year with” the fold and none of them have had major issues with dents or damage to the screen, so all these people shouting “it’s so delicate, you’ve got to be gentle” tend to be the ones who haven’t actually spent that much time with one.

The thing that I liked about the video was

The stone cold steve austin T-Shirt. That’s all I gotta say about that. Because stone cold said so.

Smart move for Samsung making foldable phone cheaper it will gain more market share.

  27. Liam Featherstone

    June 18, 2020 at 1:41 am

Guess what the cheaper version will come with the Exynos chip the really dead version will come with snapdragon plus probably a lot more than in the cheaper version

    June 18, 2020 at 3:03 am

3:16 is that lag real or exaggerated through editing somehow? Man this is why I stick to iOS

  29. Simon Sackville

    June 18, 2020 at 8:19 am

The lines should absolutely NOT be merged! Each line serves a purpose. The S is the flagship with the latest tech and built within the range of sensible dimensions for something you slip into your pocket. The Note is the refined tech of the most recent S, but with a huge screen and stylus (and maybe some experimental stuff you might see refined in the next S). The Fold is currently a tech demo – sure it’s cool, but it’s not solving any problems or filling a niche right now.

If it had D Pen support… Why would people but the note???

this year: Fold 2 vs Duo….

    • Annoying guy on internet

      June 21, 2020 at 11:30 am

Except Duo rumored terrible battery and way cheaper without middle screen

  38. Jay Bugatti

    June 21, 2020 at 2:46 am

I heard there won’t be spen support because the screen is still so fragile.

  39. Dustin Northington

    June 21, 2020 at 4:24 am

No spen on this one sorry but not happening

  40. MIKE ROSE

    June 21, 2020 at 9:13 pm

I’m all onboard if they’re adding the S pen. But it’s going to have to have a softer tip in order for that to work

  41. Tus Nalgas Son Mias

    June 21, 2020 at 10:07 pm

Think I’ll keep my NOTE 10+ and buy a TAB S7 instead of the Galaxy Fold, depending on price ???? but you never know.
