“And NO noise…” *loud obnoxious b-roll music plays in the background the WHOLE time, so the audience can’t sample how quiet this boat is. C’mon CNET….

I remember in 1970 when I first took a ride in a Russian hydrofoil fast boat “Raketa” on the Volga River I was shocked how advanced Russians are and how fast it glides over the surface of water!

No noise. Which will lead to many deaths when drunken operators plow unheard into unsuspecting boaters and swimmers.

Design consultant Virginia Santy set out to create an office space built specifically for women, flipping the script on the subtle (and not-so-subtle) ways that workplaces and cities still fail them. The results were striking: greater productivity, deeper collaboration and an environment where women felt genuinely valued, leading her to ask a simple question: What would the world look like if we designed with women in mind?
