      It’s a speed boat , you are not supposed to adventure deep into the open sea anyway ,plus it’s supposed to be efficient , and you don’t even know the range

    I remember in 1970 when I first took a ride in a Russian hydrofoil fast boat “Raketa” on the Volga River I was shocked how advanced Russians are and how fast it glides over the surface of water!
