Unread status is long overdue. Group texts drive me crazy after 9 P.M.

Never us current Wallet… sorry for random comments, but happy to see wallet tap to pay, not sure how long it will take thieves to figure out how to walk by and take my money without me knowing it. Probably will never use it.

Didn’t even know there was an event lol

It for sure shows that a message was edited, and then it probably lets you see the original.
Also, I think the CarPlay thing is really cool! Now if you wanted to use the navigation on CarPlay I don’t believe that would show up in your cars gauge cluster or the HUD, now it seems like it will. Distracted driving is a huge point, but if you can just look at your gauge quickly for navigation I think that’s safer than trying to look over at your infotainment display. And of course, if you don’t want to use it, you don’t need to.

Nooo way I just ditched my iPhone for the vivo x note due to customization now iPhone is customizable wth ????

    • Michael Corcoran

      June 6, 2022 at 10:44 pm

Still extremely limited and it’s customization compared to Android. Android you can literally download any third party launcher, thousands of different icon packs, you can use your phone in landscape mode on the homepage, split screen multitasking, side loading apps,…. If you care about customization, Android is still miles ahead of iOS.

    • Omar Bin AbdulAziz ????????

      June 6, 2022 at 11:22 pm

@Michael Corcoran thanks for making me feel better about my purchase lol but for real you are 100% percent right apple try to be easy android you can control/customize almost every aspect of your device
      ????

I remember when Android used to “copy” Apple.

How the tables have turned. Lol

      June 6, 2022 at 9:53 pm

I remember when Apple copied Android phones. Oh wait they still do. ????

    • shisagami btw

      June 6, 2022 at 10:04 pm

Yeah, they copy a lot of things from android but they just do it better

    • Rick McDonald

      June 6, 2022 at 10:35 pm

You mean like when they copied the iPhone’s entire interface?

  11. southnc63

    June 6, 2022 at 9:50 pm

I thought they were going to add overlapping windows like interface in IOS16 for iPads that is more similar to Mac OS.

really all the love for lock screens????

  13. Paul Jamieson

    June 6, 2022 at 10:00 pm

My pixel auto unlocks when I look at it.. no swipping needed.. also I get messages on my lock screen.. the downside I see is battery usage will get a hit with this new always on lock screen ..
I did like the pay later option when buying something online and not paying in full until you actually get the product and verify it is not a complete scam! The Car play on that huge screen was funny and stupid at the same time. Apple will have to follow what that manufacturer wants as this show did not allude to this..so don’t expect it to look exactly as shown..

  14. JoystickJester

    June 6, 2022 at 10:01 pm

How do you have three people from a tech company commenting on Apple Carplay and none of them have either a car or a screen to enable Carplay? ????‍♂️ ????‍♂️

  15. Bishop Varnell

    June 6, 2022 at 10:16 pm

I exclusively rent Apple CarPlay cars for that reason. I can’t stand automakers crappy infotainment systems. Voice makes it much safer in my opinion. Otherwise I’m holding my phone, balancing it somewhere, it’s a huge pain. Never again:

Not impressed at ios16 was hoping for more but nothing crazy today

    Return of the notch ????

  18. Dom Larry

    June 6, 2022 at 10:34 pm

Many features not necessary lots of fluff

  19. Dom Larry

    June 6, 2022 at 10:35 pm

Mac book air now with notch ???? why have a notch ? We all knew it was coming … Another distinguishing feature typical apple

  20. Dom Larry

    June 6, 2022 at 10:39 pm

    Android has always played nice
Apple slowly getting around but still too slow
They need to MATTER otherwise gonna be left behind in the smarthome ecosystem

Pretty big update. Biggest disappointment. Watch os, come on apple what do u have 6 year old designing your watch faces.

    June 6, 2022 at 11:09 pm

Not excited about Carplay because AppleMaps, don’t want Carplay to tell me I’m going 50MPH but in reality its 80MPH

  23. foxroano9t

    June 6, 2022 at 11:31 pm

Would be cool to have a Dex like button on the iPad that lets me switch to MacOs. The iPad Pro has the power just sitting there waiting to be used
