Can someone who cares about dirt bikes help me understand the 0-55mph in 5.5 seconds thing?

My last bike was an R6 with a 0-60 in less than 3 seconds. They can regularly be found on the used market for less than this bike which also isnt street legal and really only is a toy.

Does this seem like a good $5,000 toy?
