      Dude, I’m 20 and I have over 10 friends that regularly watch the simpsons lmao, it’s not a thing of the past. My friends circle uses simpsons quotes all the time.

    It’s amazing the show is still going 31 years later. Honestly it should have ended after Season 4. I think people are just watching it out of habit at this point.

    Shows like Family Guy and Bob’s Burgers have long since surpassed the simpsons.

    In that season 13 episode where Homer starts a private security group, he actually lists off all of his previous jobs. Further he claims that this is the 1 job where isnt “lazy, stupid or corrupt and he’s gonna get killed for it.”
