David always makes excuses for abhorrent behavior. The Only thing that matters to him is money.

His argument is very skewed and incorrect. The whole issue is the actual algorithm, going back to a chronological feed where you only see the people you follow and what they are up to is how to simply fix this. Having all these users try to keep using the service without understanding the impacts that the algorithm takes on there actual quality of life is insane. They have targeted the highest using audience which is kids the sad part is because they lack control and they are often younger they don’t put devices down as easy and continue on with there day which is not fair at all.

Corporations are not responsible for your lack of self-esteem, nor will they make you lose weight, that is simply not the function of Facebook. Also, to regulate is speech is illegal as it would infringe on your civil rights. The fact that there has not been a class action lawsuit on any corporation that attempts to censor users is quite surprising. What the US government wants is one thing, what they are legally capable of administering is another.

Last week, Bloomberg Businessweek published an exclusive look at Noland Arbaugh, the first person to get Elon Musk’s Neuralink technology implanted in his head. Our own Ashlee Vance spent time with Arbaugh, who lives with his parents and (as you’ll hear) some vocal farm animals. Vance joins us to talk about what he learned from the first patient in Neuralink’s inaugural clinical trial. He is joined by Bloomberg’s Sarah McBride to give a full picture on what it all means. Plus, we talk to markets reporter Kiel Porter and space reporter Loren Grush about all of the action around SpaceX stock—which is kind of interesting since it’s still a private company.
