    Equality of opportunity is a great goal. People should be equal in their rights, but they will never be equal in their level of effort and output, not in their talents and abilities. And that’s ok.

    Dear @techCrunch & who’re watching this video, Hello from Okinawa, Japan.
    I want everyone who discriminate other colored people or genders or believe another religion to ask themselves about if they will be discriminated on the same reason of why they discriminate, then what do they think or feel about that.
    I believe that that way of asking is necessary to have empathy & be humble for making us to be unification & beginning our exploration to another planets & moons & whole another worlds.
    Anyway, I’m sorry for my poor English‥

    Equality is fairness. Equity is discrimination.

    And yes, this comment must be reposted – equity is impossible to achieve without mistreating certain demographics (this used to be known as discrimination)!
