At no time other than now has women been more equal to man in society than it is today.
Perhaps there are few places that can be improved but on the whole, women do have the choice to be and do whatever they want.
To say they are being stopped in some way isn’t true.
What is true is the choices women decide to make for themselves.
Women can do any job they want, all they need to do is gain the skills to do it and put in the time and effort.
What you have to remember, more so when it comes to highly paid job or the further up the ladder you go, you have to compete with more people for that job and so only those skilled enough and willing enough and of course, the right attitude will get those jobs.
When people win, others lose, it’s simple.
The only thing that stops women is themselves and the choices they make.
Money is ok to a point and has even been shown that once you earn ‘ can’t remember the amount ‘ of money, it doesn’t bring any more long term happiness!
It’s worth also remembering that there are going to be sacrifices you have to make and are you willing to make those sacrifices?
Men are more inclined to do so because they will give the time which can be very long days in some jobs and some even take it home with them but are women willing to do the same even if it means not having a family or the time to speand with them?
These days both men and women work and there is nothing at all wrong with that as long as you realise that to do that, sometimes you aren’t going to be able to have other things and in some cases, give up so much of your life for the work you do that you don’t really have much time in a week, month or year to enjoy any of it.
Then before you know it, you’re old and retiring and at an age where you can’t enjoy the money as perhaps you once could when you were younger.
I think we are taught so much that a great job and money will bring us happiness without giving thought ourselves as to what we feel and think will make us happy in life.
Life is short and time passes so fast, do you want to spend a great deal of it working so much that you don’t have much of a life to speak of?
At the end of the day, the choice is yours and yours alone.

I am Living in Vienna and the topic braught up is wrong.
Girls don’t use puclic space, because they are scared to get raped or butchered by some islamic idiots. read the news. Yesterday some idiots fight with knifes in Vienna and 3 of them got into the hospital because of it.
The “gender nutral” places work because islamic youth are not welcome there.

If women want equality with men in everything even in issues which target men specifically. So they should try try work as builders, plombiers or in oceans and mines or even such soldiers don’t tell me that there are some women do this. just look at statistics who die more because of these kind of work and this just one evidence that shows equality between men and women is impossible. It’s God who made them different each one have strength in some sides which the other doesn’t we have accepte this diversity and live natural without complexity without making efforts to overturn the innate laws

Please don’t do more gender division. Not sure the world can handle more women are not a thing, but they are when men are evil. Why slow down the fight against climate change. Just make more footpaths. Everyone likes footpaths, and the trees help clean the air, and cool the cities in the summer.

I don’t want to criticize women, because that is of course not allowed.
Her performance reminds me of a quote from Peter in the Bible: “it is better that women keep their mouths shut in public”.
That was true then, but it seems to hold true for some women now.
