WALL-E?!?! Feed this trash can-like device plastic bags, and when it’s full, it heats the plastic and presses it into a brick. Then use a premade envelope to ship it to a processing facility.

The SPC isn’t cheap, retailing for about $1,400. But customers don’t need to pay the entire amount up-front — they can pay $200 initially and then $50 per month for 24 months thereafter, which includes the shipping and recycling services.

The Soft Plastic Composter was named the winner of the Best Sustainability category in the Best of CES 2026 Awards. #cleardrop #sustainability #ces2026 #compactor #plasticpollution

Recycling plastic is a scam put forth by the oil industry to convince you it’s fine to use their product. We are not able to recycle plastic in the way that you believe we can. Most of it is going to landfills anyways
