When a company like nvidia is sloshed with bags of money every quarter, the company is obliged to invest to fetch return. After investing in its own capex – it turned outside to seek other investment opportunities. Nvidia equity stake in the recent ai-related companies is rationale. It supports the AI ecosystem in order to create a flywheel effect. So the argument that it is engaged in circular financing is not convincing.
