    18:02 You say AI enough times and it becomes meaningless to people. Companies have to build products that solve problems without leaning on the phrase “We use AI” to denote quality. Blockchain had a similar weight to it and I go out of my way to not mention “Blockchain” when speaking to customers, it’s meaning is ambiguous at this point.
