Agree with Kurt’s analysis, though if there was a Twitter like Blockchain app then there’d also be none of the revenue generation incentives in the algorithms that might be causing the distortions, echo chamber effects or amplification. Also no ads, so no juicing reach stats. An open data source might also allow anyone to analyse the data and see the reality of sentiment.

However, that would also arm manipulators with the data analysis tools they’d need to steer sentiment with bots/fake people, so it would need to be coupled to strong identity, and that’s a big argument regarding anonymity and verification problem.

I’m sure someone’s working on such a thing already, though Blockchain technology might not be performant enough to support a global user base yet, and it’s hard to see who would pay to run the infrastructure.

DON’T drive at all and work remotely.
buy Wells Fargo, AMAZON, FACEBOOK, NVIDIA, APPLE
capitol riot means a covid19 petri dish; we need another lockdown.
we have streaming and don’t need to travel or go to a commercial theater and avoid
covid19, mass shooting (gun sales doubled in 2020), police killing nonwhites like George Floyd, and exploding RVs like in
Nashville, capitol rioters bringing pipe bombs
