Your question is very interesting ! In France we do not use craiglist. We are working with companies, some of them are big international companies, and they are looking for a professional saas to manage reuse building materials. And 40% is because we provide a lot of services to sellers, that sadly we had no time to explain in the video 🙂

Definitely solves a market pain, plus creates long term economic value because companies can earn money when they sell materials, plus they can buy materials cheaper. It also solves a sustainability issue.

If you are doing construction right there should not be waste. It’s a pretty precise process, engineers have this figured out before the project starts.

Because there’s always a slightly gap between what was calculated and what’s happening on the field. Plus, the end-customer may had a change of mind which may implies less material use or new ones.
