World class talent in the us is buried under mountains of corporate/government entitlement and DEI BS.

It’s real simple; tax corporations and the wealthy properly. Take the revenue generated from these taxes and invest in the public secondary school systems and public colleges. Then, there will be talent to fill the needed positions.
Any excuse or reason not to do the above is an attempt to mislead or redirect from the true underlying root cause for the lack of talent.
