50m is still pretty shallow compared to Dive watch standards. Atleast 200m WR is required to get ISO Certification for deep water diving

How is the screen scratch durability? Hearing reports this screen scratches much easier compared to S6? I think they are sourcing the glass from somewhere inferior in rush to get product out during supply chain crisis

I actually noticed the glass in the apple store was scratched the first day they had it on display. I only care about scratch tests to be honest.

Christians children of God shouldn’t be celebrating Halloween, Repent of all of your sins everyone and be born again. Rapture is imminent, do not be left behind. Have a one on one personal relationship with Jesus Christ today because tomorrow is not promised

The Apple Watch getting “Waterboarded” & torture tested should be against the Geneva convention! LOL! Apple Watches takes too much abuse & mistreatment in a world like this! Never has any watch been tortured so much, shame on you Cnet! lol it’s definitely a hard knock life!

2:48 No one else see that it was 4:23pm (not am I guess) when you started the test but 3:40pm when it finished? How is this a great video? Some movie mistakes.

    • Jeremy DeBose

      October 30, 2021 at 5:06 pm

When he first inserted it at 2:43 it’s 3:03pm. Guessing they had to film extra b-roll. If multi-million dollar projects have dozens of mistakes, I wouldn’t worry about b-roll for a YouTube video.

No disrespect but tests like these don’t add up to me 🙁
Why test the watch in first place if you yourself are like “ah not really sure if flour is dust and this pressure will have to be good enough” to me it’s like why bother? we know it can do it half way or close..isn’t the point to see if apple gave accurate date? I still don’t know the answer to this lol but good roundabout test though! I rather enjoyed your calm explanation of everything 🙂

Do not swim with your Apple Watch. I did it in shallow water and now my watch is a paper weight.

Lol there is no “auto water lock feature” 🙄
It has to be manually selected in the control center or by starting a water based workout.
Do you see an external hydrometer anywhere on the Apple Watch?

Eeeee, you can’t compress water … So that underwater test is not valid.
