I have heard nothing but good things about the Spatial Audio drivers. It is said to be convincingly immersive, and dynamic. E.g. Brian Tong, MKBHD, and iJustine all got on FaceTime spatially and 1) their voices sound like they’re really coming from their video tile and easier to parse. 2) the way the tiles’ sound echoed changed when they went from their filming location to the virtual forest the sound became more deadened like being in the woods, but the one who went to Haleakala said the voices were bouncing off the volcanic rocks. Wild. Although fairly audible to those nearby.

the device is great. But the operational system and apps available are far from ready to use its full potential. The experiences I see on these reviews are not worth $3500.
Let’s see it in 3 or 5 generations.

There are little “white flashes” seen near the border of the glasses – what are those? (Is it something from the sensors, perhaps being seen by this particular camera?)
