I don’t think you guys are relevant enough to be paid by Apple for such an obviously false title. Why do it then?

What does Safari or web browsing has to do with system getting slow? People usually complain how slow their phones get after new iOS updates.

Apple has already been proven to do this and anyone who has used iPhones for the past 5-10 years knows that

Let’s not live in a fools paradise

    Another bs biased Video

No. Apple purposely slow down iPad. My iPad Air 2 on iPadOS 15 is practically unusable. Slow animations, laggy and doesn’t respond to input. It’s like iOS 9 on iPhone 4s. I clean installed iPadOS 15 but it didn’t help and ended up giving away

except apple said they underclock old iPhone in new updates to “conserve old batterys”.

This is straight up corporate propaganda by Apple. You’ve not supported the claim that Apple is not slowing down phones with any evidence. In fact Apple has been sued for this multiples times.

Clear cache? Seriously? Never thought about it. Been doing all that for the past 4 years in my iPhone X and it didn’t stop from losing performance.
Would love to see a video more scientific about the topic. He does that on an iPhone 13, should have shown a Before and afetar on an older device.

Bruh…this is like common knowledge right? Dont leave all your connections on (Bluetooth, NFC, Wifi, turn off GPS when not in use, and clear the cache from all apps you use regularly. Simple.

  23. Vince Longman

    August 5, 2022 at 11:39 pm

Apple was caught slowing iPhones and fined/sued for no disclosure. Although hopefully shouldn’t be as bad now that iPhones finally have larger batteries, which should last longer before issues powering the CPU

Cheating caches and cookies will only help browse internet faster. It also depends if your device have available storage, your battery health and if it’s running the latest ios or not.

Glad I no longer use an iPhone since iPhone 4 when Apple started slowing them on purpose. Never looked back since.

I love your videos please help me out with this issue. Street addresses don’t really work in my country ,so in my own contact card, I am not able to add my address because Apple only uses an traditional addresses and does not has the option of using Geo location. Due to this limitation I am not able to use certain attributes like, in the reminders app to remind of a chore me when I get home, or leave home. Thanks

for me honestly I don’t need my browser to safe the cache so it will load faster next time I visit the same site. I prefer apple to add On/Off button for user to choose whether they want to allow the cache to be saved.

Not only their upgrade slow your phone down. Each new update of iOS also worsen the camera. It’s a great phone. But denying it is not honest. the storage space taken by iOS every update.

Probably the dumbest video they’ve made…
Cache data on your browser may affect your performance on your browser… it’s only gonna be affecting your browser!

The reason your phone is slowing down each year is because with every new OS update, youre getting new fancy features on older and older hardware. Your hardware is not upgrading with the software. You’ve had the same hardware for years but youve gone through so many OS updates your phone is gonna have a hard time supporting all these new features.

It’s like supping up a bike with an A/C unit, speakers, and a TV… you’re gonna have a hard time moving the bike the more “features” you put on. Youre gonna need to upgrade your engine… From peddling to an electric motor or something that runs on gas.

no! Apple is responsible for making our phones slow. If not, why would my iPhone 5c be so lag? It doesn’t even have any apps at all.

Clearing your cache will do the opposite of speeding up. It might speed up your phone if your phone is really out of storage and your cache is giant
