Anthropic Scores Legal Win Against Trump Administration
A US judge ordered the Trump administration to lift its ban on Anthropic’s AI technology for federal agencies, finding the restriction wasn’t adequately justified and was partly intended to make a public example of the company. Bloomberg’s Rachel Metz explains why the ruling doesn’t immediately end Anthropic’s legal fight. She also breaks down a separate…

The Case for AI Guardrails Without a Slowdown
AI is helping companies build faster, but as competition at the frontier intensifies, should there be limits on how much risk companies can take to stay ahead? She joins Ed Ludlow on…

It’s a massive loss for the country, though, if the federal government can’t make security assessments about who they work with, and implement them. (this is absolutely guaranteed to be overturned, but still)

It’s always been this way. There is no loss when it never existed. This is a federation-democracy that practices capitalism under those umbrellas and that of the constitution. The federal government can not force a company to modify their products or services unless it’s explicitly harmful to the public.
What you said is exactly what the government has the right to do, choose who they work with. In this case, the government was trying to force Anthropic to modify their product and force them to work for the government.

Ask Elon about QIONE and the origins of telepathy. He literally avoids answering any e mails he has received from the engineer who originally created what he is attempting to call telepathy. To this day he can’t produce a product that would enable telepathic communication between multiple people and his claims that neuralinks BCI can are false. Now let’s not forget about all his friends in the tech industry who can back date filling applications just to hide who owns the trademark from the person he has stolen it from…
