    Why companies in “Great China” still come to the country they hate the most to raise capital? Why the US even gives them a platform? Don’t tell me the BS that if we don’t allow them IPO here, they will go anywhere else. No one should allow any Chinese companies to raise the capital when they don’t even comply with the local regulations (SEC in this case).
