The iPad Mini is a superior product to the Duo – especially considering many of them are breaking.
The mini has a larger screen, larger capacity and lower price tag.
You’d be better off buying a 2TB iPhone and a mini just for the bigger display so you can share your connection with the iPhone.

That’s what I’m doing got the 18 pro max and getting the mini for movies and gaming. Also can you tell me how to share the 5g connection because I got the cellular model but never used that.

Oh yeah? Lemme see ya fold that iPad Mini in half, mister.

I would never buy an iPad without the LTE cellular built in. This way I can choose when and when not to use it. But being able to share the internet connection with iPhone helps tremendously.

The 120 Hz is coming on the next revision you can bet your bottom dollar. Typical drip-drop of features.

Where do they even get OLED panels with 60hz in this day and age?? 😮

    • @ProjectCovenant

      November 3, 2026 at 3:11 pm

Buying an iPad that’s barely bigger than the average phone for $700 is genuinely concerning.

  7. @Topher-N

    November 3, 2026 at 11:26 am

I can’t wait to get mine on Friday. Seems like a really solid upgrade over the 7.

If it had 120hz, i would buy it. but $699 is too much without it.

Does Apple’s previous folio case work with this iPad Mini?

    • @HyperStimulation

      November 3, 2026 at 3:32 pm

      No.

    • @lso5013

      November 3, 2026 at 3:35 pm

Well that’s unfortunate… guess I gotta get a new case for it

  11. @galaxys2roxx

You lost me at being ok with 60hz in 2026. Unsubscribed

    • @erichill414

      Most people don’t care.

  12. @Ton-em2in

The charger that comes with the iPad mini is not fast charge compatible 🤦‍♂️

  13. @Ghost818-x8c

    November 3, 2026 at 2:37 pm

So in order to get the nano texture display you have to get the 256 GB and paying more just for that

  14. @RedHeaven

    November 3, 2026 at 2:46 pm

“It’s got little tiny tweeters” …the way you said that…

  15. @DannyRandy41

    Overpriced crap

  16. @erichill414

I’m getting one to upgrade my wife’s mini 6. She doesn’t care about refresh rate or even knows what it is.

So glad I got my iPad Air for $600…

  18. @BobBack86

    November 3, 2026 at 4:29 pm

128GB base storage, 60HZ screen and €700 launch price, no way. I’ll my Pro for some more years, even though I wanted a smaller iPad.

Carrying an iPhone alongside an iPad Mini makes little sense now with the iPhone Duo around. But for Android users, a cellular iPad Mini is the ultimate bridge. As a longtime iPhone user who now loves the Pixel, I can’t justify switching back just for FaceTime and fantasy football iMessage chats. The iPad Mini scratches that occasional iOS itch, handles video streaming effortlessly, and fits perfectly in my sling bag.

  20. @AbstractArtInMotion

    November 3, 2026 at 5:08 pm

So excited 🎉 I only buy the mini

  21. @EhCloserLook

    November 3, 2026 at 5:26 pm

Can someone explain to me what makes a nano-texture display superior to just the regular glass displays we’ve had up until now _BESIDES_ it having less glare in bright conditions?

  22. @RandomCuriositiesToday

    November 3, 2026 at 6:45 pm

I think it’s a better buy, just to get the iPad mini with a data plan

  23. @kakahass

    November 3, 2026 at 7:06 pm

I traded in my iPad Pro 11 to get the cellular oled mini 🤪

  24. @Coach_Tillar

    November 3, 2026 at 7:57 pm

Does the new pencil work with it?

  25. @thyreason

    November 3, 2026 at 7:59 pm

120hz is a given at $700 and above.. so sad
