These are the deal breakers for me on the iPhone Duo:
1. Inferior camera (no telephoto lens).
2. No Face ID .
3. Passport size is just the wrong size for those who don’t wear cargo pants or baggie pants. The iPhone Duo is quarter inch wider than the iPhone 17 Pro Max and 2.55 mm thicker, it probably will not fit into the hip pocket of my skinny pant in the Summer or the chest pocket of my fleece in the Fall.
4. Last but not least, has someone tried to hold the Duo up to your ear to make a phone call? It might look absolutely idiotic.
These are the much bigger hurdles to me than the price point (I spent about $2K for the iPhone Pro Max anyway).
I will wait till they fix the camera deficiency and Face ID issues, and make it more “pocketable” in size, then I will consider buying it. Right now, it is a solid “NO”.

📌Samsung Fold 8: 201grams thin and light like a slabphone that magically transforms into a light & thin tablet which is a pleasure to carry and use.
📌Apple Duo: 254grams thick and heavy which turns into 298grams when case is added. Thick & heavy and difficult to carry around feeling its heavy weight alll the time.
