Your attempt at sarcastic humor in referencing the Rubio family is patently stupid.

Really? You’re truly going with WeChat is separating the rubio family from speaking? There are thousands of other ways to interact. How about you get your kids off their phone and spend some time with them. The amount of idiocy concerning this subject is unfathomable. If you had an argument it should be concerning freedom, china or Maybe overreach of government. Bloomberg, you suck.

I guess the way I thought about it was the people who draw the most attention to the app usually spread a lot of ignorance. I don’t support Trump at all, but lately it feels like not only tiktok, but a lot of platforms are just fueling some problems and stirring things up. I also don’t use any of it so banning it has no effect on me 😂

@Hailey Simone Some tik tokkers actually promote good causes like blm but I agree all these apps have been spurring up some drama

No, the app downloads personal data from your phone and clip board. China has already been caught with over 30 CHINESE SPIES IN AMERICA WORKING AS SCIENTISTS. I am guessing you don’t know any of this because you only watch MSM and CNN.

The old man hasn’t heard of Facebook, WhatsApp, whatever chat google owns, and all of them are blocked in China. I don’t understand why the media keep advocating for CCP because WeChat and TikTok are nothing compared to what CCP blocks.

It is a spy app! I watched how they collect personal information of people…expecially, those who are not Asians. 90% of the people tik tok spy on are whites and People of African heritage !
Excellent news. ..Thank you President Trump for taking this step !

China knew from the beginning the importance of digital. That’s why they banned US Apps from operating if they did not agree with their terms. The US should definitely ban these apps. And just the fact that the Chinese government needs to approve the algorithms if the companies want to expand overseas is prove of that. People defending TikTok have an agenda. And the problem is not about harvesting data but who owns that data.
