The UFC was heading down a path focused on drama and storytelling, with fighters calling each other out and building rivalries. The peak of this era was the Khabib vs. Conor fight, largely thanks to Conor’s ability to craft compelling narratives. Unfortunately, Khabib took things personally, and after their fight, the UFC began to resemble more of a traditional sport like football; less emphasis on stories and rivalries, and more on competition alone.

Your daily coffee might be doing more than waking you up.

A new study published in Nature Communications found that regular coffee consumption may positively affect the link between digestion, mood, and cognition. Researchers also found no major change in physiological stress markers like cortisol linked to coffee consumption, suggesting coffee may not actually increase the body’s stress response under normal conditions.
