Buy a car without rain sensing wipers, HUD, or any driver assist active safety features then
Replacing the windshield requires a piece of glass compatible with these tech features and often requires recalibrating them which is where the cost comes from
Personally, I am willing to pay to have these features cause they make driving soooooo much more chill
