That is the most stupid thing, that merely describing someone is seen as somehow offensive. “They/them stole my purse!” “Well, can you describe the individual?” “How dare you ask that!!.. Now go find my purse!”
We’ve lost our collective minds, this pro-offended woke crap needs to stop.

That’s not woke, it’s the ai trying to bail because it can’t do it. Woke would be describing them in ways that are respectful.

I like studying languages as a hobby and these really got my attention but I’m into Asian languages (Japanese/Korean/Chinese) so I am waiting. It sounds like the perfect language practice partner though.

Former senior US national security official Miles Taylor shares a personal account that raises a broader civic concern: the growing cost of dissent in American public life. Drawing on his experience inside government and living the consequences of speaking openly, he says that the real threat to US democracy isn’t the politicians or hard-liners — it’s the two-thirds of Americans who don’t speak up. (This talk contains mature language.) (Recorded at TEDxMidAtlantic on November 1, 2025)
