Surface Pro 7 review: Hello, old friend 🧙

80% of Americans are C, D, & F students. It doesn’t mean they’re stupid; it means they’re lazy; anyone can become an A & B student with effort. On January 6th, 1816, Thomas Jefferson wrote: “If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.” I would never let an uninformed person operate on my heart, let alone clean my teeth; why would I let this person play a part in determining the fate of my Nation? Democracies never survive because it’s easy to manipulate ignorant people. We need another type of system. I find it interesting that either ignorance or AI superintelligence could destroy our system when we have both co-occurring. It reminds me of TS Eliot when he said, and I paraphrase, “Where is all the knowledge we were supposed to gain from all this information, and where is the wisdom we hoped to gain from all this knowledge?” So, to sum up, we have a supposedly super intelligent guy, Elon Musk, who owns three supercomputers, Colossus, Dojo, and Cortex, who disseminates purposefully alerted facts to sway ignorant followers to his worldview. Geez, I wonder if he has an ulterior motive… and what could possibly go wrong?

Musk is a politician nothing more.All of his money comes from Government contracts(subsidies).That’s why he is so involved.Real business people work in the private sector not government.He lives off of government subsidies.He is a symptom of the times.Trump is in politics because all of his companies failed.They are people that benefit from government contacts and connections.Not to be admired.Real private sector wealth creation: Bezos,Bloomberg,Gates,Sam Walton,Edison,Jobs-private sector not public sectors trough feeders like Musk and Trump

Pull the plug on grandma, we can fix it later.. The only way to cut enough to pay for the Reaganomics debt caused by tax cuts for people like Elon and Trump, And the three Bush WARS (other than those things the USA would be in great shape with no debt!) Remember that! This is the GOP’s debt, Clinton payed it down and Bush dumped a $trillion dollar tax cut for billionaires and two wars on Obama, take those things out and again , deficit down under Obama. Trump more giveaways to Billionaires and multinational corporations. I expect this again .
More deficit causing, Inflation creating, tax cuts for Billionaires, and cuts to SSI medicare and medicaid. the Dems should be the ones holding up the debt ceiling and doing all the crap the GOP does and stop trying to stop the Republicans from making a mess this time.
Because the ONLY way we can cut this much is to end the Trump and Bush tax cuts for Billionaires, or cut Military spending.

I remember when republicans screamed about foreign big money in our policies. Now they praise the worlds wealthiest south african and want him directly interfering in our government. These sheep would sell their soul to own the libs (along with their own friends and family and overall economy like Trump did in 2020.

The reason he might do it is because he no longer “runs” those other companies. He no longer works at Tesla. He should resign from the public company, in my view. He’s spending the majority of his time on social media and other fantasies for which he has less education and experience. It’s called the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Payroll for 2.2 million federal employees represents only 1.8 percent of the federal government’s $6.1 trillion budget.
@damham5689
November 27, 2024 at 8:08 pm
Those 2.2 million put that 1.8% of the budget into the economy, much going into the billionaires pockets, when those federal employees spend their paychecks. It also supplies state and local taxes that repair roads, fund police, trash pickup, etc…

Government is not a business, it’s more like managing a family. Government is there to make sure that the citizens have a country that is safe from crime, poverty,disease and foreign aggression, then the citizens build the country’s wealth.

Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. It’s important to remember that trading involves risks and it’s normal to face looses sometimes. One piece of advice is to start small and gradually increase your investments as you gain more experience and confidence. It might also be helpful to seek guidance from experienced traders or do some research on different trading strategies

Elon Musk is treating our government like an expensive new toy that he wants to play with. I predict that he will tear it to pieces then walk away claiming that it was just a piece of junk and that that’s why his tinkering just did not work.

I know one thing DOGE could recommend that wont hurt those in need but will save billions in the Medicaid budget. Stop allowing those with money to hide their wealth and properties in irrevocable trust and then pretend to be broke so medicaid pays all their nursing home cost, and their kids get a win fall from the trust when they die. It cost taxpayers billions every year.
