Why do you need another “AI” app like ChatGPT and Meta?? Google search literally has everything you ask for and need! These AI chatbots are too hyped and over rated. They are only good enough for silly teenagers to play around with….

Google search is garbage. ChatGPT can find the information I need in 1/10th the time.

Agree, I use an iphone which doesn’t have a native Gemini app but the workaround is I saved the Gemini site as a bookmark on the homescreen. I’m able to do voice commands as well! Much better than meta ai and chatgpt in my opinion

I’ll never willingly give Meta any more info than they already have about me. But can y’all at CNET give more screen time to Microsoft Co-pilot? I love its interface and gets way too slept on

It is a bit disconcerting how much more of a profile these companies can create on you with these tools in addition to what they already do.

You also forgot to mention that if you pay for ChatGPT, you also get access to the advanced voice model. I’ve actually used it as a translator in an Uber ride.

I don’t get it….I will never get it….why are people praising AI for generating art…..like seriously it makes no sense. There’s an anime I watched some years ago called Carol and Tuesday. its a story about 2 girls who live in a future where music is almost all AI made. these 2 girls actively make their own music and come together to form a duo band and take on its worlds version of Americas got talent or the voice where they are going up against several self proclaimed artists but they all use AI in their work while these 2 girls don’t. I can imagine a future where art competitions are like this. Ai has become such a major part in art now that its just going to take over and no one is going to actually have to put in effort to make art anymore. its sad. and the simple fact that this girl doesn’t even address the issue with ai art is really frustrating to me.
