    Cheap spells.
Biden NO longer has the power to approve and order attacks, somewhere.
He has already entered the transition period of the position he has held until now.

This is why it’s so easy to overtake the US in this growing multi-polar world. Our government (with the exception of the Pentagon) moves so slowly to adopt new technology. Mostly due to the age of leadership. After a certain age staying current becomes more difficult. The US is already way behind. AI agents are now collaborating, thus removing the human delay. China is at the forefront.

Autonomous AI is already deployed–and acknowledged– in the Ukrainian war as a means to eliminate the effect of electronic warfare by the Russians.

The UN has proven all but useless for decades, so not really a concern for anyone. The US DoD is far behind even friendly nations that can iterate designs on a week to week basis, insert product designers on the front lines, and not spend billions of dollars on a super weapon that takes five years to build and is obsolete on release.

The Biden administration is pushing to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) for military and intelligence purposes. This move aims to direct agencies to quickly deploy the most powerful AI systems in a safe manner, as outlined in a new national security memorandum.

The administration recognizes AI’s extraordinary potential for promise and peril, emphasizing the need for responsible use to mitigate risks. To achieve this, they’ve outlined eight guiding principles and priorities, including ensuring AI systems are safe and secure, promoting responsible innovation and competition, supporting American workers, advancing equity and civil rights, and protecting consumer rights and privacy).

Some key areas of focus include:

    – *AI Safety and Security*: Developing robust testing and evaluation protocols to ensure AI systems function as intended and are resilient against misuse.
    – *Responsible Innovation*: Investing in AI-related education, training, and research to drive innovation while addressing intellectual property concerns.
    – *Worker Support*: Ensuring AI creates new job opportunities and supports workers through education and training programs.
    – *Equity and Civil Rights*: Preventing AI-driven discrimination and bias, and promoting fairness in areas like hiring, housing, and healthcare.

By prioritizing these principles, the administration seeks to harness AI’s potential while minimizing its risks, ensuring that the technology benefits society as a whole.

    October 26, 2024 at 2:59 pm

We don’t need to keep up. We need to DECIMATE our adversaries in these fields. This technology should be cutting edge anywhere but in the US and our Allie’s hands. That is the real strategy, and that is the only strategy.

    October 26, 2024 at 6:08 pm

Yes the government and AI companies have to “get along,” but there is no excuse for not making it crystal clear that the government makes the laws, and the companies obey them. Ordinarily government money is enough to keep the companies focused, but if not, their focus can be compelled. Alternatively, the government can simply poach the talent themselves and run their own program.

Irene Imanil here to ask what? Artificial Intelligence? Machine developed by humans to simulate human behavior and ways to control these behavior. My algorithm that I’m going to someday developed is for flight simulation and landing on the surface of aircraft carrier floating in the Sea of Japan, Pacific Ocean, Philippine Sea, and Marianas Trench.

Creation of robots, robotics involved programs or sequence of instructions to be execution for it to be functionally running. Automation of manufacturing of cars replaces human hands. Teracota can simulate one’s voice or one voice modulated another individual’s voice to his. I heard Mark Lau found the wavelength and frequencies of Orlando Ferrer Imanil’s voice.

Is that part of AI? At the press of a button, machine talks.

Population decline is a big concern & AI driven social media is one of the reasons behind it. Can’t imagine when it will stop…📰

    • @mfciah

      October 27, 2024 at 7:41 am

Yes, but it’s worse than social AI, worse than computer generated content – you know, Military AI is already being used, in the conflict zones in East Europe, and in the Middle-East. people don’t seem to catch on, since it is our AI vs our enemies’ AI, so we need ours because they have theirs, etc. You rarely hear anyone point out that human beings, including civilians, are the only ones doing the dying, while maniacs with AI are not being affected at all. Now, unlike previous wars, there can be nobody blamed for war crimes since nobody “pulled the trigger” or “pushed the button. The AI does it without conscience. The best example has been the drones that were deployed in the Black Sea which completely annihilated Russian Naval forces despite their massive military advantage. They are unstoppable killing machines that come in swarms and nothing can stop them. Ultimately, maybe if we humans figure out that now we have a common enemy, that could be good. In any case, we will have to become smarter, or we won’t be able to compete with the psychopaths and their AI. I believe in humans, and human ability, we have something the machines will never have. Something divine.

@@mfciah this group of around 10,000 world politicians makes me feel like we have to sacrifice for fulfilling their wishes in which they don’t care about our children or marriages but fighting within a group. Just by claiming that fight, a fight for patriotism, it isn’t gonna make sense because it’s a fight of their ego of proving something.

    • @mfciah

      October 27, 2024 at 8:54 am

A silver lining in all of this is, maybe people won’t get too hysterical to the point of aggressive conflicts, since the consequences for those around us will be too great. There are still a few places where there is a certain romantic idea of conquest, which may have worked in the past, but doesn’t work today, those folk may simply be dreaming of better times of the past, and simply don’t know how else to achieve it, except doing the same things that were always done. And that is the real problem. Not learning, just repeating, a mistake, when there is already so many examples to learn from.

    • @mr.unknownindian1764

      October 27, 2024 at 12:03 pm

@@mfciah It’s a position bro, whenever any simple person gets that high surrounded By high-tech vehicles and has a surveillance system on hand. The combination of disasters can’t be a shocking thing to us, laws must prevent them from availing too much sluggish lifestyle and facilities so that these leaders would always be connected to ground level people. Now 80% of people in any given country except Norwegian countries feel excluded and neglected. People are ready to do anything for money as they have only hope in that, marginalized people have been boycotted by these arrogant world leaders & wealth Inequality is at its peak now. Individuals are being evaluated by their behaviour rather than knowledge as well as statistics or skills at industries which promote irresponsible people to the top. The system itself is doomed and these old leaders are blaming Gen-Z for what they did and are doing to people. Immorality, thanks to deadly competition driven capitalism, has become a new normal in which we don’t even know whether our next generations will survive or not. In the name of Science, they destroyed individual choices in education and social media apps even worsened that. Too much influence over one & other. I am atheist here in India and my neighbours treated me badly after knowing that as they are from Upper Caste and I’m from Lower Caste, people claiming themselves are the ones most impractical and immoral the same as the politicians they vote for…
