I know right? It’s a Chinese Phone and Qualcomm is a US company

    • @muhammadrifaie9577

      October 21, 2024 at 8:01 pm

Because it only sells consumer products unlike Huawei. The US can’t give reasons to sanction it

In a way, Snapdragon 8 Elite threw shade at Google Tensor by bringing up enhancing AI aside from being more towards performance, efficiency and gaming. 😅

Whenever Qualcomm changed the name of the chip, they ran hotter and less efficient (800, 888, 8 gen 1, and now 8 elite). Probably the 🔥 Dimensity 9400 🔥 makes up for that this year.

I’m only here to keep up on the cooperate embrace of dystopia in order to avoid it at any cost.

I have been finding the cost easy to absorb. Turns out that NOT buying something is pretty inexpensive.

funny, the 45% boost only lasts for the first few months and then the OS starts leeching your data at a 45% higher speed and by that time the next Phone/Chip is announced in the market. Only if during the launch they talk about what behind the curtain sacrifices the end users will face.

I have worked as a waiter for over a decade, I can tell in a flash that you don’t tip at all let alone 20 %. I know it’s just a hypothetical but it feels so disingenuous. It should have been “split the bill in 3 making sure not to leave a tip and then rounded to the nearest dollar. Not because I am eager to tip even 43 cents but because I don’t wanna type all the digits or seem cheap” there you go, fixed it for you!

The company is enhancing the chipset’s capabilities specifically for artificial intelligence applications. However, they still face challenges in garnering comprehensive developer support across various applications and games.
