dude needs a good marketing team. it’s just difficult to understand what ICP is…

I think they are on to that, this is super complex, I agree. Ultimately, my understanding is it’s a network of computers that run dapps, those dapps burn computational cycles that are paid for by the dapp owner by purchasing and burning ICP tokens. At the moment there are far more tokens being minted/in circulation than are being burned, hence ICP price. The principle is this balance will eventually reverse and ICP token price will increase due to normal supply/demand forces. I think!! 🙂

@Ocean Wire Audio thanks. yes, even to software developers how to get started on ICP is not that straightforward. And the history tells us that it’s not the best technology wins, but the one that got adopted.

@Ocean Wire Audio where did you see the icp tokens being burned and created?

@Ocean Wire Audio thank you! actually, I’d like to take some of my word back 🙂 I found the team published an article on their website explaining the benefit of the ICP well. Basically two things help it stand out – cost of transaction & scalability. I hope their claim is true.

Hahahaha – has 1000 customers – and they are giving away free compute cycles. Why would anybody want such a restrictive environment to code in? Web 3 is for clowns.
