Hey YOU, incredible person reading this…The truth is you are confident and good enough already with who you are, where you are at and what you have right now to have the success you want in life. Don’t let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn that skill and go after it! I believe in you so much! Have an awesome day! – Love, Nat ❤️

For changing our healthy lives firstly we have to change our food habits. We should avoid packed food and eat only green vegetables, fruits and home cooked food. After that we can think for healthy life. If we avoid this, there are many diseases waiting for us.

“It takes a village to raise a child.” Similarly it takes a village ( kind of extended family) to maintain healthy living.

If your mother is type 2 over half a million people in the UK have been able to lose the weight and kick the meds simply by gradually changing their diet. Cutting out gradually the amount of carbohydrates they consume. It’s the cause of type 2 in the first place.
Look up Dr. David Unwin on the subject. or Paul Mason.

Beans and rice, which are some of the greatest food used in the world, are affordable, available and nutritious. The fact people want to eat meat and what-not doesn’t mean low cost options aren’t available.

While the AI fundraising machine keeps breaking its own records, some founders are building in the other direction.

Mirror founder Brynn Putnam just raised money for Board, a startup focused on bringing people together through in-person games and social experiences. Cyberdeck creators are going viral crafting whimsical DIY computers that literally encourage users to touch grass. Unlike the AI-free browser crowd, this doesn’t just feel like backlash, but also people genuinely gravitating toward things that feel a little more human.

On this episode of TechCrunch’s Equity podcast, Kirsten Korosec, Anthony Ha, and Sean O’Kane dig into the week’s headlines, from the “together tech” wave to what Anthropic’s confidential IPO filing means against the backdrop of Alphabet’s $80 billion AI raise, and whether the money is all flowing back to the big guys anyway.
