    We are so fu**ed. Spencer if you happen to see this hope you’re doing well, it must have felt like poetic justice to have gotten away from Zillow before they failed on their home buying business.

    Indeed, the fed can fix the inflationary pressures with rate hikes. Raising rates in this environment is misguided and I suspect Powell knows this.
