      You can use any statistics tool you like. Python and matplolib is very popular among data scientists for that kind of stuff. Also R.

    As vaccinations increase infections can actually rise with people interacting more. However, most of these will be mild or asymptomatic with virtually zero deaths.
    As vaccinations rise lets focus less on infection rates and more on hospitalizations and deaths.
