Laying people off is never a good thing. The people having to go back to school or start a business is just a reaction of force.

It depends on where one is. If you work for a company that offers severance and support, that will enable moving on productively or can. A lot of folks caught in that change don’t have that support. Usually the change gets dumped on those downstream, who already might be less resilient to financial catastrophe. Sure, CBT/REBT helps navigate this, but I would bet a lot of folks end up latteral or below where they were(data supports this). People end up taking a job to pay the bills. That’s the trend we’re seeing in an economy that’s been flat at best with salaries for the average worker while execs have enjoyed ever increasing disparities in pay. In fact the execs could screw up, have to lay off folks and get increases in pay and bonus. Not everyone in that situation of getting laid off will have your experience and support. The question is, what changes can be made to have such situations more equitable across the board? How do we hold execs accountable to everyone. Sending jobs overseas and automating jobs out of existance demostrates a mismatch in loyalty. I mean, normally leaders have higher narcissism, lower empathy, lower boundaries and higher risk tolerance, but in our current socio-economic situation, it’s being primed to be more so. Putting all the responsibility for navigating this on the victims of a few getting ahead hardly seems right, yet blaming the victim has become derigueur in American society. Why do we apotheosize the worst of us?

need to share this because it changed everything. was stuck in the same patterns for years – overthinking, self-doubt, feeling blocked. found this book Vibrations of Manifestation randomly and the quantum physics approach to manifestation finally made things click. 3 weeks after reading: noticed synchronicities everywhere, opportunities flowing naturally, and my mindset completely shifted. if you’re feeling stuck like i was, the frequency alignment method in this book works. still amazed at how different life feels

ok weird request but can someone who’s read Vibrations of Manifestation dm me? started the book last week and have questions about the quantum field chapter… like did anyone else notice their dreams getting super vivid after trying the frequency technique? or am I just trippin lol. need to compare notes because some wild synchronicities happening and none of my friends are into this stuff. first manifestation book that actually explains the science and I’m kinda shook at how it’s working 👀

    April 16, 2025 at 5:49 pm

if you’re into manifestation but feeling confused by all the different methods out there… this book Vibrations of Manifestation explains everything through actual quantum mechanics. started yesterday and already seeing things differently. the frequency method makes so much sense when you understand the science behind it. finally feel like I get how this actually works

  15. @meenap8329

    April 16, 2025 at 5:49 pm

coming from a science background I always thought manifestation was bs. but kept seeing people talk about this book Vibrations of Manifestation. decided to test the quantum field method with small things first. started noticing exactly what the book described – subtle shifts, increased clarity, opportunities I would’ve missed before. the scientific explanation finally bridges the gap between quantum physics and practical manifestation

    April 16, 2025 at 5:49 pm

meditation teacher here. been studying manifestation for years but the way Vibrations of Manifestation explains it through quantum physics is completely different. it fills in all the gaps in traditional manifestation teaching. seeing my students get clarity they never had before. this book is genuinely helping people understand how reality creation actually works

How’s about the greedy owners accept some changes for once? It’s always the workers having to make silk purses out of sows ears, and who are in the worst position of all to absorb dramatic changes. Ever notice how rich folks never struggle much, but say money doesn’t buy happiness? Corporate owners need some ‘skills/therapy’ too.

I tend to be a creature of habit. Over the past several months (even year or so) I’ve really started to buckle down and accept and “dive into” the prospect of multiple possibilities and multiple/various scenarios for any given situation. Like take YouTube for example.. . This absolutely does Not apply to all but some (many ?.) Creators and Posters “Pin” or “Like” comments that are Complementary, Respectful, and/or Civil. And yet at times (sometimes) those same channel creators just respond to a post.. …and don’t “Like” it.. . (And) I’m speaking of myself; and I’m also speaking of others too… . This happened just a couple hours prior.. It would.. …almost seem that (some) folks; for whatever reason(s).. …don’t like compliments.. 🤨😐🤨🤔🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️🤷
And Comparatively speaking it can be a discrepancy between similar “types” and/or “styles” of compliments.. . It’s Weird. It’s minor; in the whole grand scheme of things yes indeed.. And that is (also) a (unfortunate) fact that I am (more or less) continually trying to bulldoze past. . Even if.. … others do not (seemingly) like to receive (if not additionally be greatful for) compliments though/however – (that) pretty much doesn’t change the fact that they have awesome channels.. . It’s almost.. … on them.. Lol. (And I can Easily take myself [completely] out of such an equation as well.

That’s just one (very minor) example.. .
If that makes (Absolutely) no sense; either move on – or ask.. . Though not always easy and/or pleasant There’s multiple ways to explain things.

When you say that getting laid off is better for a majority of employees in the long run can you really say that for those over age 55 who are facing discrimination in the workplace? Cognitive load surveys would be a joke that employees would lie about to avoid getting fired and for a good reason.

I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to $1M net worth. Long-term investors know that the market and economy will eventually recover, and investors should be prepared for this growth. I earned $1,680,000 in Bitcoin before the market crash, and now I’m buying Bitcoin and gradually increasing my investments. I’m especially grateful to Adviser Marc Andrew Zabicki, for his expertise and exposure to different areas of the market.

I got $54k divs last time in taxable divs. Q2 taxable divs this year was $16,526 . don’t sell when the market is down..thanks to diversification and portfolio restructuring using growth companies, Entry and exit orders are chosen by my advisor.

Layoffs often result from poor management decisions, not employee performance. Framing them as opportunities can unintentionally ignore the emotional, financial, and career-related toll they take on individuals. Instead of justifying layoffs, we should hold organizations accountable and advocate for more responsible leadership.
