The family of powerhouse venture capitalist Marc Andreessen, one of the investors behind the hoped-for California Forever utopian city in Solano County, Calif., is planning to build a large planned community in the area as well, TechCrunch has learned. A crew of tech billionaires have been trying to get the California Forever project off the ground, but that project is on hold until 2026, when it’s likely to appear on local ballots.

    And we see the rich racists are hard at work. Will there be room for the less rich average people? Will they block mixed families? What is there definition of utopia? Overall it seems the taxpayers will help pay for development of a city that practices discimination.
