One plus band was Big failed. i ordered as soon as it released. it was fully inaccurate, not even able to record correct sleep hrs, when i walked 1000 steps it is showing 18000 steps.
i dnt trust one plus watch features… Same day i return to amazon and order my 2nd honor band 5 for wife.
one plus band was birthday gift for wife but BIG FAIL… and disappointment…

Costs a lot though, more than most mid range phones and if you get the best version it’s like buying a S21 haha so it better be good

I am not a MD and all data I get from watch is informative and nothing else. Most of us can’t compare that data to anything that could be taken as a reference. I am not sure that you had done it before you shot this review. I am not antagonistic, actually I like your reviews but since you claim that data you got is not accurate you should check it and give us references. Otherwise it is not fair to the company that sent you a a watch on review.

Any “smartwatches” not running on WearOS by google or WatchOS by apple is meh..

The reviewer seems to act like WearOS doesn’t exist. (And Fossil)
Samsung is not the only Android connected watch.
That aside, this watch appears to be a no brainer for One+ users. It’s also a great “first” smartwatch for any Android user.
To be honest, if I were an iPhone user as my primary ecosystem, I wouldn’t look anywhere other than the Apple Watch. (Because they integrate so extremely well. My wife uses iPhone and Apple Watch, and it works EXTREMELY well for her.)

Dang, I have small wrists and I find the Apple Watch Series 5 40mm fits perfect. This 47mm watch is going to look gargantuan on my arm 😂🤣

As a One Plus user, they lost me. This watch seems like a half baked one. Why don’t do a proper research and give us a good one? I don’t mind being charged 100$ extra.

Guess I’ll wait for the Fitbit/Pixel watch

  19. Josh Witte

    April 13, 2021 at 9:15 pm

This is why you don’t try to develop your own wearable OS from scratch when there’s already a perfectly good option to base it on…

    • Techie Time With GD Three

      April 13, 2021 at 10:31 pm

@Josh Witte yeah that’s nice but some people in certain places can’t afford a 500-600 dollar watch when they can only afford a 449 dollar phone. Not talking about myself but it makes sense for more people than you think I believe.

    • Techie Time With GD Three

      April 13, 2021 at 10:32 pm

@Josh Witte wait barely functional? Because of one person’s review? Weird to say that but not everyone needs the features you desire. It’s not for you but too many people dismiss devices based on their experience but don’t take into account that there’s 7 billion other people in the world haha

    • Josh Witte

      April 13, 2021 at 10:35 pm

@Techie Time With GD Three you can get Moto 360 watches for $150 or less, or a Samsung Galaxy watch for $200. There are plenty of options out there that are cheaper and still work better overall.

    • Josh Witte

      April 13, 2021 at 10:41 pm

@Techie Time With GD Three lol one person? This watch is being universally panned right now by every major tech outlet. There are some very inexcusable flaws with the software. I get wanting to defend OnePlus but they royally screwed this one up.

    • Josh Witte

      April 13, 2021 at 10:42 pm

@Techie Time With GD Three you want one, nobody is stopping you getting one. Recognizing flaws just means that you’re not actively choosing to ignore them. If anything, it helps the company to do better with later versions of the product.

For $250 isn’t a FULL ANDROID 10 watch better? Like Kospet Prime 2 or Zeblaze Thor 6?

Why use Wear OS when Android 10 is a thing? That way u can play fortnite, cod, and GTA on ur watch?

I wouldn’t be apologetic with any company nowadays. Even if they are selling something for cheap. They didn’t deliver on things that they were supposed as seen in any of the reviews I’ve seen. I’m dissapointed. OnePlus didn’t do a great job this year. We’ll see how it goes next…

Can you play the downloaded music on the watch through the watch speaker.

  44. Austin G

    April 15, 2021 at 8:19 pm

Oneplus really lost it’s way… They can’t compete in the watch market when they are falling behind in the phone market. Their price increase does not reflect an increase in refinements unfortunately as a previous owner of a OP 8 Pro. They have no ecosystem, they have no experience in health. This watch has no place in the market where the perfectly serviceable and reliable Apple Watch 3 is only $10 more at some locations and the Galaxy Active 2 nailed the value smartwatch game.

    April 16, 2021 at 11:59 am

Like with everything these days – it’s probably better to wait for version 2.0, or buy another product that’s already at that stage or higher.

    April 16, 2021 at 4:31 pm

I never understand why human need a smart watch for hundreds of bucks. A smart watch is a fitness tracker that looks more premium. Fo other features I have my phone. so what’s the point?? 160,- for this watch is a steal. Better than wasting hundreds o bucks for a Apple Watch that you need to charge every day….
