Sad not many people not hyped for this phone

But all the hype gone to the iPhone 12

I don’t see why anyone would even be hyped up for this phone at all. The 8 Pro launch was more exciting finally adopting wireless charging, IP rated water resistance and better cameras like every other flagship. This is just a step back IMO with no Pro model. It uses the same camera as the 8 and 7T and doesn’t even use the SD865+ which is typical of T models. Super disappointing phone if you ask me. The main feature is they raised the price by $50.

I think OxygenOS 11 is more of an interesting update but that is available across the board and doesn’t need a 8T.

If I didnt already have an 8 I’d go for the 8T for the extra $50. I love the look and feel of the curved screen, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a decent screen protector. The TPU ones are way too thin and the glass ones all use edge adhesive and dot matrices. I thought about a Rhinoshield but Ive never used them and $25 for an unknown quality is too steep.
