Maybe, people shouldn’t worry about TiKTok. They should worry about their health and fitness first.

What TikTok enthusiasts are feeling is withdrawal. Withdrawal is a symptom of addiction. Leave it behind and let it go.

Bridget would rather the social media company curate the news information rather than the people who live in the world It’s something to think about

I totally agree with all points Bridget has made. I feel the same exact way. People assume it’s just another social but it’s been way more than that. It’s literally been my source of information. My google so to say. It never pushed an agenda on my feed. How I interacted with content is what it showed me. Whether that was cat videos, to fixing cars, to recipes, to the craziness that happened the first week of this year, to the LA fires. It kept us informed. It wasn’t just an entertainment app.

The social psychology of it all is astounding when you think of radio then tv and all the clashes that happened as a result of new technology… cyclical. Also tik tok is back lol

“the top port is definitely not for docking” – says to me : “I don’t have kids using this.”
my kids broke a switch by trying to play it while plugged in (to charge), but resting it on the cable (which put pressure on the bottom port, breaking it).
just being able to play this while charging, with a cable on top – is a huge relief to me.

OpenClaw creator Peter Steinberger takes us back to the transformative moment he let his AI agent loose on the internet, igniting one of the world’s fastest-growing open-source projects. He makes a fascinating (and slightly unnerving) case that agents are a real shift, not just better versions of chatbots, and explores how they might reshape your ability to work, build and create. “The lobster is loose, and it’s not going back into the tank,” he says. (Followed by a brief Q&A with TED Chairman Chris Anderson) (Recorded at TED2026 on April 16, 2026)
