We might have a point criticizing the Russian military operation in Ukraine BUT what makes NOT right is our dead silence about the Western-backed Saudi-led bloody war on Yemen; a war that’s killed near 300,000 innocent fellow humans 75% of who are reported to be kids under 5 and a war that UN describes as the “worst humanitarian crisis”. Let alone millions of others being b utchered across Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Palestine, Bosnia, Burma, Libya, Somalia etc. Isn’t it flat-out hypocrisy to have selective morals?

I agree as a westerner. So much hypocrisy… if people can only remember the Cuban missile crisis or the invasion of Irak….

@ThePandafriend hypocrisy. And it shows people only care of what is promoted on media. Did people get mad when libya was invaded by france forces and nato. African warlords invading and taking down congo and no one gives a shit. Only white people are worth saving is what it implies.

@Quattro 4
It still has nothing to do with each other.
I’m not saying that you’re a troll, but what you’re doing is a common practice performed by Wu Maos and most likely also Russian trolls: Trying to shift the focus. Right now it’s about a Russian invasion into Ukraine, not more not less.
So while I don’t know wether you _are_ a troll or not, you are behaving like one.

News posted as videos on social media is 100% government free. We get the real stuff. If we listened to western governments or Putin we would get propaganda only. But what people post is far more “free”.

TikTok is Chinese. That’s why it’s heavily utilized for Russian propaganda. The Chinese and Russian propaganda channels work together. That’s why some “influencers”/shills can be seen on both RT and CGTN. Bytedance is a big company and hence the CCP has control (or at least a lot of influence) over it. It was also already utilized for Chinese propaganda, so it’s pretty clear that it’s not an independent company.
China is on the side of Russia in this conflict.

Misinformation goes both ways. As a westerner, I can only come to the conclusion that the western leaders wanted to trigger Russia. Why expand a military alliance designed against Russia and arm its neighbour? This is madness. Just imagine if someone moves in next to your house with bad intentions and has 30 of his friends around you? Will you sleep comfortably? Hope to see peace back for Ukrainian people.

Good job in covering this. Everyone has noted. When I search I get videos from other countries talking about this. The only when where the comments are turned off on videos if the war that have been proven fake are US and UK media. Theres a guardian video of mobile crematoriums that turned out to be fake and they just respinded by turning off comments.

Only misinformation is coming from liberal propaganda outlets like Bloomberg. Liberal ideas die without censorship.
