    BS. Do lots of squats all the time, bend your knees on impact, roll if you can. Learn how to not get injured and stay mobile, even if you have injuries in the past it’s better. Relying on tech just increases your chances of injury

    These braces were reviewed 2 years ago. Website says that they’re going to start selling them in 2022 and still hasn’t been updated.
