You would know to stop taking vitamin C WAY before it became a problem for you. (Unless going to the bathroom was not on your schedule)

Taking too much Vitamin C is pretty bloody hard to do as your body will ditch what it doesn’t need within a few dozen minutes

But dont take more than 5,000% RDI of vitamin C in a day and dont go over 500% consistently otherwise you overwork your organs to filter it out

Hypervitaminosis is actually an overdose and normally (if u r healthy & without conditions) you body can handle it by just pooping & peeing the rests out, that it can’t process ¯_(ツ)_/¯
So going 20% over the limit shouldn’t harm you, but as always – better ask you doctor.
