I work for a school district and we constantly have to fight to get students off their phone. More and more often Iβm finding they can have full careers using their phones. Hmmm?

Indeed… But most of these farmers brought this upon themselves, So let the farmers childrens families pull themselves by their bootstrap and go back to school. Because they should not expect a free hand out from our taxes money.

Seems interesting, but why do I imagine a lot of pissed off farmers? Aside from the obvious right to repair problems, if the autonomy isnβt working you clearly have to go to a JD dealer and have them fix it.

John Deere wants to “rent” you the package so they can take a % of your business. They’ll make it extremely difficult to service and for sure won’t allow you to service the new components yourself. Who owns the machine you pay for? John Deere thinks they do and if you allow them to continue to think that way they will.

They should automate less destructive forms of soil aeration. Run-off from tillage ruins streams and rivers. All of the organic matter on top runs down stream causing dry, clay like soil to be on top, causing more of a need for aeration/ tillage.
